Rhode Island — Warwick gets Quick Fitting plant, 150+ jobs as Asian work moves home

As Quick Fitting, Inc. moves its new headquarters and manufacturing plant to Warwick, work formerly done overseas will be coming home.  The result:  150-200 new jobs .

By November, push-to-connect fittings should be rolling off  the lines in the 100,000 square foot plant.  They’ll be used for plumbing, heating and irrigation.

Quick Fitting’s technology and values won Plant Engineering’s prestigious “Product of the Year” awards for 2005 and 2008.  More
